Gold and Silver at Meininger’s International Craft Beer Award

Mahr’s Bräu cleans up again! Winning Gold for Mahr’s Bräu Pilsner and Silver for Mahr’s Bräu “a U” at the Meininger’s International Craft Beer Award. A total of 74 different beer styles were tasted, as the jury of experts, for the sixth time now, embarked on their quest to establish the best specialty beers from around the world. For years, these awards have served as a reliable guide to consumers, because of the strict limitation – only a maximum of the best 30% of beers submitted receive an awarded – which ensures that only the absolute top quality selections will be awarded platinum, gold or silver.  As in the year prior, Mahr’s Bräu beers once again represented the level of quality coming out of Bamberg’s Wunderburg. *Translated from original German text into English by UCCB International
